    Please explain thanks.

    This will allow me to have user > virus / massive / animoog etc > wavetables all sorted by file?

    instead of going to users and seeing virus_001, virus_002, massive_001 in random order?

    Synth is indeed worth checking out, but this manic collecting of wave tables I observe is a bit off - why not just use what you have instead of collecting thousands of WTs you are likely not to use? Importing a Virus WT won't transform Serum into a Virus anyways.. ;)

    It's kind of collecting every single Sylenth preset bank just for the sake of it...

    Depends on your Daw. I know that in Ableton and Studio 1 you can set any folder\file as root in your browser. The Pic below shows how I have it set up in Studio One
