Not this again? You have a habit of saying people and/or statements are "totally wrong", among other blanket statements, and outright making things up as you please, and all-the-while being disrespectful in the process. I guess you didn't get the hint last time, but it's become very annoying. I'm requesting nicely: I'd appreciate it if you don't reply to my posts anymore. Thank you.

This is my Win 8.1 right here. It's actually a "she" because it works like a female AI without ever dumping me:

Don't worry, i get your point and you're right. Intel move slowly on purpose for the marketing sake. :snuffy:
Also about 4k thing, you get a 4k monitor for about 3000$, which is outrageous when you think about all the available smartphones featuring that slick high-performance screen. I think they follow the SSD example so the monitors manufacturers will keep the big-ass price using excuses such as "technology leap baby".

About my Win8.1 skin, it works with Win.8 and Win7 as well, make sure you install this program FIRST so the skinpack installer can modify your actual appearance and then install the skinpack which you can get it from here: Yosemite Skin Win7/8/8.1
    Cheers!

b.s. my work pc is windows 7, and i haven't restarted it in almost a year. well, i take that back. we had a power outage a few months ago, and i don't have a battery backup. so i guess i restarted it then. but i never shut my computer down when i leave for the day. i want to be able to pick up right where i left off the previous day.

cool, thanks. already put your links on my bookmarks.
any chance that these UI custom may mess up my stable win8 64, on the drivers side , as some apps use some graphic features, open gl this, direct x that, etc etc ?
anyway, i will take a look at it this weekend. :mates:

I haven't got absolutely no problem since i installed it so i don't see the reason why you should have any.
Also the skinpack is installable/uninstallable, so you won't have to install/uninstall anything by pieces. In the worst case scenario, you can log throgh "Safe Mode" and uninstall it from there, but i don't think you're going to face anything anyway. Also your computer is stronger than mine. I still have my old ass AMD 1055t x6 at 3ghz bought in 2011 and downgraded from 12gb(3x4) to 8gb ram because i had to change the mobo last year and i had a problem budget-wise so i purchased a cheaper one with only two slots. Anyway, i would have the chance to upgrade now, but i don't do it because my lady still get the job done. I make her maintenance regulary so it still acts fresh.
When she'll die, her funeral will cost me more than my new computer's acquisition. [IMG]
