What piano is this? Its a freebie!! Have a guess!!

    Prolly the wrong place to put this, but Im sure some admin will do it propper soon!

    What free piano is this? I´ve converted into Kontakt, loaded it in Cubase/Kontakt, added a midifile and some verb from 2C B2 - thats all!!

    A little hint:

    I converted it from Giga-format .... and its still out there!

    I have no clue but it is absolutely beautiful!!!!

    Definitely keeping my eye on this thread. I was gonna guess Best Service or Bigga Giggas Studio Grand 88 or even Realsamples Orphica Piano but you said free...

    It sure is pretty whatever it is.

    is it the maestro concert grand?
    i heared it sounds pretty good for a free vsti. The 162 Piano from ivy Audio is pretty good too and its for free!

    I agree, but he used 2C B2... :dunno: Maybe Upright Piano by SoundBrewer then?
    But thats available as sfz, too.

    The low end is completely lacking on that piano.

    Information regarding this library is:

    the Maestro Concert Grand v2 is a big giga bank using 792 stereo samples of a concert piano, a Yamaha CF3, recorded with two Neumann KM84 microphones, disposed in X/Y, with 5 velocity layers, and weighs 932 MB ! The piano alone, without release samples, weighs 887 Mb and 440 samples. The release samples are 352 and weigh 45 MB. You can play with or without them.
