Hey !

Maybe some of you have similar issue with FL Studio and Vanguard plugin. When this plugin is active on my DAW and i hit "R", sound goes randomly and change. Is there any way to change it? Sometimes by accident i lost my created sounds because there is no 'way back' :/

 

maybe its your midi controller sending random messages.
I have a knob on my oxygen sending random values. By general midi it was maped to waveform select on one of the oscilators and everything imediatelly sounded like that Italo house accordion

 

Try Bome SendSX or similar, and monitor your controller MIDI signal.
If you see constant messages, your controller is the culprit.

 

R on the keyboard is for randomize preset some plugins have this built in,
The eases way to get around this is to press a other tab be-for you use your keyboard as a midi to play notes,
make sure to press on the mixer or the top of the pattern box or on the piano roll be-for you press your keyboard
this will free up all the keys to play with,
try to get a midi keyboard even a old one for 10 bucks i found my first one in a skip. *yes*
now i have a m - 88 and can play moonlight sonata with my eyes closed,
if your making presets in fl for more than one min you should save them as you go so you don't have to start again,

 

I have novation remote 61sl mkii and actually problem was only with 'r' button, even with old midi keyboard )

Yeahp, option with saving preset eachs 1 minute can be nice but also bit annoying. Sometimes i use my normal keyboard also for trying some notes fast (not playing, but checking sounds). "r" is too near my favorite finger ))

The thing is if there is someone who tried to open .dll file and change a bit structure of plugin (in this case the "R" button action ?
