Hey. I need help in identifying this percussion sound. What is it called?

Oh, my...! I used to have one of those when I was a kid...

 

In case anybody is interested, I found it here:
UVI World Suite->Asia->Misc Percussion->Gu 1 Low
Sonik Vortx->Percussion->ASYNC Den-den daiko
Ample China Traditional Percussion (on the bottom left side of the screen)

But I still can't get close enough to that video sound. One sample in UVI library is almost in the ballpark sonically. But when I pitch it, it falls apart. Their version sounds more natural. As if it's not repitched, but retuned each time instead. And I'm even starting to think that maybe it's something very similar to a rattle drum, but not exactly
Please let me know if you have any thoughts or know other libraries that could be useful to dig through

 

Maybe a percussion Sound of M1 Korg?
Its a Tabla thing at 6:56

Just use the vst one of M1r & dig in in the Drumkits section and zap in the wavetables
This one is the Hardware one I think
