R.I.P. - Marion Fossett – June 5, 2026 – Irish singer Sheeba was an Irish girl group active from 1977 to 1984. Its members were singers Maxi, Frances Campbell, and Marion Fossett (1955–2026). After an unsuccessful attempt in the Irish national selection for the 1978 Eurovision Song Contest, they won the selection in 1981. Consequently, they represented Ireland at the 1981 Eurovision Song Contest, held in their home country. Their pop song "Horoscopes" finished fifth in the contest and reached number 3 on the Irish charts. Following the release of several singles and various performances, they competed in the Irish national selection again in 1982 and 1984 but did not win.
