Want to update my UJAM guitars but I have a few demos of some other ujams from the Arizona museum next door primarily Usynth, but I don’t want to break the Usynth installation by upgrading the UJAM app to install the guitars, can I simply install the updated UJAM app, download my purchased guitarists and go back and reinstall the UJAM app bundled with the Usynth installation? Hoping for a new system update for all UJAM products in case that makes it easier to set up Usynth updates and mix with purchased plugins because I own Retro as well and would like to keep the plugins I own updated as soon as possible.

 

I have a mix of both legit and r2r ujam plugins, never really had to do anything special to have it running.

 

Depends on what you have installed, I think the other ones like the Beatmaker series, symphonic elements, finishers, etc will work fine but I don’t want anything getting messed up because the ujam app can detect a different version of the plugin and I don’t want that messing with my licenses

 

I own several instruments and most of their FX plugins and nothing ever happened. I'm not sure what you're afraid of.

 

Don’t want licenses revoked, I spent a lot last year in Black Friday and if I’m just a bit paranoid over something that isn’t going to be then I can at least make sure I can update my guitars and Retro… do ujam plugins only have a limited number of device activations?

 

You can activate it on multiple computers, but I only have them up in one PC. I don't think they specify how many computers, but I believe it's enough for pretty much all people.

I don't even like the legit plugins because launching them opens the ujam app in the background that keeps running the entire time they're open. I always go to the ujam app folder and rename the .exe so that it stops launching with the plugins, and it still takes them months to disable my license until I open the app again to renew it.
