That's ok, some people dislike correct answers to their questions. "It doesn't work". I guess if reading an answer and following simple directions are not good enough without someone pushing the buttons for you, they will continue to "not work".

I would love a TB-303 wah pedal!!! Is that a thing in these vsts?

 

Use any diode ladder 24db/oct (or 18dB/oct, it's not so clear cut) filter emulation, map the cutoff to a controller or envelope follower (adjust the attack if you're after the 303 quack) and off you go. "Diod" by kocmoc in VCV Rack or Cardinal does the trick for me.

While the somewhat quirky filter is part of the 303 sound it's not the key IMO. Most lowpass filters would do as long as you don't drive them to self-oscillation.
