After installing this from the sister site it gave a "No License Found" error pop up. I followed the instructions 100%, not sure why it didn't take.

Like it says in the instructions, before starting the app I ran these in terminal like usual, and when it didn't work I tried Sentinel.
sudo codesign -f -s -
sudo xattr -cr
sudo xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign -

Anyone know how to get it working?

i'm not using this, but I looked for a little info anyway. This is what was suggested and confirmed to work by a few others: Make sure you have the latest mediabay and library manager installed. Install Cubase and then either follow the instructions in the nfo to the letter OR run the iamdumb Steinberg patcher.

There was an updated patcher from iamdumb released at the end of March. I'd probably just use the patcher.

I've been kinda through this and worked it out :

First, I can't guarantee it will work for you, but it's worth a try. I'm not using the 15.0.20 version, because legit users themselves revert to 15.0.10, so that's the one I have installed and working.

My system is a Mac M4 with 26.3.1

For me, things were not working anymore and showed "no licence found" on the 15.0.10, from the moment I've installed MediaBay, Library Manager and Activation Manager from Steinberg site, because I wanted HAlion 7 and forgot I already had MediaBay and Library Manager.

And this is where it is important : you have to look for the 15.0.5 VR release, for they provide MediaBay and Library Manager (plus the patch and the command line instructions), and these are the ones you should use

But before that, backup your presets settings and projects' saves, get Find Any File app (it's free) and delete all Steinberg files and folders. Then get the VR 15.0.5 and follow their instructions, once that version of Cubase is working, you can go and get the 15.0.10, trash the Cubase 15.0.5, follow the instructions to install the new one.

Then I block the app from outgoing connections with Little Snitch

After some days experimenting and reading comments on sister's site, I was able to understand the workflow. In essence you'd better keep the earlier patches from VR because you need them afterwards as some are not provided (mainly an activation manager folder).

The process is
- change the language to english
- reboot in recovery mode and partially disable sip with "crsutil enable --without fs" command line
- install the app
- patch the app
- codesign the app and/or the plugin variant
- patch the activation manager folder
- codesign the apps within the activation manager folder
- reboot in recovery mode and enable SIP again
- reboot, change the language if needed, and make some music...
