ok thx for the info. Its what they had installed when i bought the pc and i havent changed it i had no clue one windows was different from another i figured it was all the same. someone commented on this thread yesterday and said that was the reason for every issue which im not too sure about. i just updated the bios earlier and things havent crashed yet but i havent been on too long

I'm not reading through every page of this thread, so if things are resolved already or someone suggested this already then ignore this. assuming you haven't downloaded a virus or anything, if you're getting a shitload of errors/crashes from everything you do, and you haven't overclocked your CPU or anything else in the BIOS, then either your RAM is bad or, more likely, you need to re-seat your RAM (take the sticks out and put them back in) since you said "I live in the city and move a lot so every time i move i have to like wrap the thing in blankets and throw my back out just for it to magically crash every 5 minutes." If RAM modules get bumped even slightly out of place, which is very easy if you're moving the pc around, then it could absolutely cause the issues you seem to have. Re-seat them and see if it's stable. If after doing that you still crash all the time, then try Memtest like sacc said or the CPU+RAM stress test in OCCT. If your CPU/memory clock speeds or voltages are unstable, you'll see errors pretty quickly

I strongly do not believe that crackedwares is your problem. I use only cracks; multitudes of them, and I have absolutely no issues.

I've been pirating stuff for 25 years. The only things that ever fuck up are the programs I legally own. lol

You never did answer about the 32 Gig of memory being used in this pic:
Were you running your DAW or playing games?
Because only 32 Gig available with just normal background stuff is not right.
I see your Pagefile is 46 Gig, so that indicates something is going on...
I think that should have no effect on the PHYSICAL RAM being used, but it makes me think you were running something that made windows want to set aside disk space... or somthing. (?)
And maybe that whatever it is / was...is using real RAM.
32 Gig is still plenty or RAM, but it makes me wonder what else is going on...

The price of using cracked software for me boiled down to a faulty memory issue...not one of RAM or a full C drive but rather forgetting that I out of convenience used an extended R2R version for an extended period of time on my production machine and then ignorantly tried to install the the legit plugin over it without realizing my faux pax. Herr Heckman kindly invited me to discuss the issue though a pop up proxy that interupted the installation dialog, but after thoroughly scrubbing my computer from any abhorrent traces of the glaring and now unconcealed offender, the bought version then happily stuck without issue in the end.

    Sorry, Urs!

But you want to buy a mac asap because you think these (not normal) problems will never even occur on a mac. But I think you will get problems on your mac, too. Just because how clueless you are. If you have such heavy problems you must find the core, and then you can switch the os, otherwise the chances are high that you get the same problems on your new OS, too.

People wrote you solutions how you can fix your problems on windows and you are just "fuck windows I will go Mac" and you don't even try. Thats just suspicious and kinda baity, sorry.

And like I said, if this is your third computer, with the same issues thats fucking not normal, you must be doing something wrong. And if you don't find a solution the chances are pretty high, that you will have the same problem on your mac

well i think cracked plugins were definitely part of the problem here. I think the waves VR version i had from a few years ago was responsible for a lot of the recent issues/ constantly crashing every 15 minutes/ corrupting my files ect. a few days ago i had a waves error message pop up that ive never seen before. before i did anything else i installed a new version and updated the bios and it immediately stopped crashing every 15 minutes/when saving on small projects. i haven't worked on anything that heavy yet but so far it seems better
