Why can't I see the list of hardware controllers in the Omnisphere menu?

    I own the Exquis controller from Intuitive Instruments but it does not appear in the Hardware menu like all the other brands of controllers.

    Omni3-Hardware.JPG I repeat my question: why doesn't the list of controllers appear for me when I can see the list of synthesizers?

    @moskar3, please tell us which version of Omnisphere you have.
    You can see your version number when you load Omnisphere. You might need to update Omnisphere!

    Omnisphere 3 and everything works fine except for this list of controllers which doesn't appear!?

    but what version of omnisphere 3? pulsewave showed you his version 3.0.2c vst3

    Mr. Fusion's post popped up just as I was finishing this...

    The initial Omnisphere v3.0.0 release had a smaller list of HW profiles. Suggest updating your Omni install.

    That's it, I found the solution: in Steam, the database under c:\ which corresponds to the hardware was different in size from the one on my external drive where the libraries are located.
