I get this error when i launch cubase , "the code execution cannot proceed because r2rtrust.dll was not found" . I already install r2r certificate 2021 and silk emulator 1.5, can anyone help?

Spoiler: Try this:

Uninstall any older TEAM R2R Network Block Runtime v2.3.0-R2R.
Install the latest TEAM R2R System v1.2.0-R2R (Witch replaces the above)
Restart your Computer

I have a problem with r2r releases too. Everything works fine but as soon as I close cubase it creates a crash file (420mb) at C:\Users\name\AppData\Local\CrashDumps...

I just usually copy license-engine-access.dll from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\TEAM R2R folder and paste it into C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Activation Manager folder and that usually works.

I just tried the same for 15.0.20 at my end. I can verify that this method works. Cheers!

 

If you cannot wait like me then you can just use the Cubase_15.0.20_Installer_win64.zip from P2P/V.R today and just ignore the activation.rar

I have installed the R2R telease 15.0.10.
Can I use the 15.0.20 VR release without installing any other VR' s stuf but just the cubase installer?

1.download cubase from steinberg or VR version (dont use patch)
2.copy "license-engine-access.dll" from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\TEAM R2R
3.paste here C:\Program Files\Common Files\Steinberg\Activation Manager

Watch out for the update if you use PLE or LE Presets.

 

I tried but it asks for Library Manager... Never mind, I'll wait for the R2R release.

 

R2R just out on sister.... Yes I have Libraray Manager installed and is great for moving libraries or deleting duplicates.
Activation Manager and Library Manager are two different bits of software.
Also best to keep Steinberg MediaBay upto date.

 

Thanks, but I don't want to have any Steinberg programs installed such as Library Manager etc, and besides, I don't use any other program from Steinberg besides Cubase... I'll wait for the R2P release.
