No problem. I’m trying to define universal structural traits (genre) in search of a broader conceptual definition, while you’re pointing to particular stylistic origins (you even inserted some hyper‑specific cultural flavors!). Both perspectives are valid, but mine was focused more on what people commonly associate with math rock, regardless of where the sound comes from. As for angular melodies, buddy, you can look it up, we live in the information age… or not, it’s up to you... whatever! haha!

That was a rather angular reply, fair enough

The most creative use of a RC-600, or any loop station for that matter, that i've seen.

Whether you can call it music or it's more of a statement is up to you to decide; radio-friendly, of course not!

It's amazing that they were only 4 years old when they did that.

I personally like everything about them.

I have great respect for their ideas, production, thinking and their performance. Everything is extremely well thought. As or their playing, this is not your everyday band, they must have rehearsed for a couple years to achieve that level of performance.

It may take some time to understand what they are doing, but once it clicks, I think it's viral.

" Hailing from Chicoutimi, Khn and Klek are no newcomers. The two musicians are in their thirties and have been performing together since they were 13 years old! "A long-standing story," Khn sums up ".

heaps of praise for a million reasons, the tech, the premise, the execution, the timbre, the tone, the compexity and the musicianship, if you can't appreciate it you likely just don't understand it, it's okay, just drink your puke, you will survive.

Yeah, I wouldn't show my face either... ;)

Honestly, though, if you were watching kids TV growing up in the 70s it all seems somewhat familiar.

Great riffs, Fun n' cute! Great drummer. This band comes off to me like a death metal guitarist's side-project.

Not bad at all, but not something that keeps my interest for too long. Interesting riffs and patterns, but they would just be one-off riffs in older progressive songs. Sadly, they become too repetitive in the hands of ADP. Also it sounds too cold at times. It's as if AI gave prompts to humans to make music.
