As per topic, there haven't been any releases from team cubeadooby for a few months. Does anyone has info on what's the deal with them, did they decide to take a break, or just decided to stop altogether?

I did see this thread, but it's from 2024, and TCD releases stopped this winter.

 

Dude, its most likely because he was insulting members and teams openly, very disrespectful to the others etc., therefore, my guess is he was banned from posting on sister site from that very point.
Now people who support him, this are the facts don't get agitated by this answer because I am not interested in any discussions regarding that person.

If you are not interested, well, no one forced you to join the discussion.
It seems you may be the one agitated by the mention of TCD, so perhaps it is better for you to ...ermmm.. "stay away" from the topic.

Indeed, no one forced me, neither that I am interested getting in conflict with his fanboys and there are a lot of them including himself from fake accounts, hence that statement.

All of that mentioned above! If you are not familiar what happened when the TEAM R2R have gone after him and his insulted them openly, then he insulted the users who were not fans of his works for legit reasons,
also he stressed that in his NFO if I remember good, don't take my word on that, because its more than 6 month old topic.
And finally, yes , I'm very agitated talking about that guy, because he is the only person so rude and "unprofessional" he was directly attacking me and some users in DMs without any proper reason from the times when he was TEAM CUBEADOBY or whatever.
Same behavior as TC TEAM, they were insulting users, myself in particular because I was sharing my knowledge of benefit for eLC releases in good faith to help people, and they found that improper, then they insulted me in their releases NFO, even if I never mentioned them nor criticized them, and now, TC TEAM is doing some shty video software or something else...

If you wonder what they said about me, well it is in their Groove Agent 5 Release which was their last one on the sister site I hope still exists.

And they were fraudulent also, one more reason they are gone, even though they could make some good things to happen in audio scene.... And yes, they are never being missed, also.

If you are interested in what really happened to TCD follow his latest releases on sister site, and in one of his post he was so rude in info so much so that it was openly insulted on personal level, I think I screenshotted it but who knows where that file is, and but mods edited\deleted his NFO, but at that time there was a huge conflict between TEAM R2R and him .

Now since you asked me, WTH i am I here, simply to give an answer to user who posed a question, full stop.

This plugin has new anti piracy detection, which is something you like it! When it detected the cracked version, it shows skull and message. The message has few types, and it's based on the detection.

Here is what Audified says:
"Looks like you're sailing under the black flag. We get it. No one likes to part with their hard earned coins. But is the free booty really worth the risks of creeping through dark alleys of the internet?"

For TCD, it shows extra message:
"Not only that, it looks like you've gotten your treasure from TCD (or similar slackers), who don't bother patching even a simple booby trap and give you massive memory leaks or straight up crashes."

For R2R (when licensee info contains R2R related strings):
"Well, at least you've aquired your treasures from the witches at R2R. They were the first and so far the only ones who bothered to disarm our little booby trap... Then again, how sure can you be they've discovered all or even any of our new and exciting ways of sabotage?"



TEAM R2R

Technically saying, we haven't modified the Audified's code. All Cryptlex calls are redirected to our injected emulator. From Audified's code, everything (Cryptlex) looks to be working as expected. As far as that "booby trap" is depending on the Cryptlex and its emulation is working, we don't even need to find or disarm it ;) Let's hope there are no other sabotage in this version!


It's sad to say but the famous TCD Drama Show is coming to the final season. That TCD's Bypass Everything Technology is finally complained by the developer. Nothing strange, developers would want to avoid the bad reputation from those broken modification.

Accoring to TCD after our last Audified release :

I noticed HCiSO has been MIA for the most part as well. A couple releases, but other than that MIA. Hopefully all is ok for them and its not something troublesome in the personal life and just needed to stop for whatever reason.

 

I didn't noticed that since I'm not mac user, but I have deep respect for his great contribution to the scene, so like you I hope the same that he is just taking a break for no reason and he is good, but we are getting older and not younger and sometimes life gets though and forums and music aren't most important in ones life. That is the reality. I hope we hear from him soon.
