Hi,

I noticed R2R has never release a newer version than the 8.7.1 release in sept of 25

since so many new libs have been put out and willing to test but unfortunately
The new version is not availabe and I wish to keep my projects compatible

as In the past I used to go for bobdule or other portabel version but it always had problems recalling my previous sessions etc.

Is there any way to ask someone if the can release the R2R version ? Or that is never possible ?

I am obviously not sure when "in the past" is referring to, but bobdules version (not being a portable one by the way) has always worked for me very nicely. Far better than the R2R version as this one did not accept all the libraries available. I had never any issues loading libraries, saving projects, recalling them etc. So I would urge you to give it a try again and delete bobdules offering if your problem was to continue to exist.

 

If you back up the r2r version, by renaming the.exe and the.vst3 and then install bobs version you can even switch between the two.
