I have the following floor tripod stand. Presumably made from empty aluminium pipes.

When I do touch it slightly (where it wobbles), do footsteps, or even make very heavy plosives, my microphone (dynamic, DOESN'T occur with condensers somehow) registers rumble at below ±50 Hz. How can I solve this issue?

I'm thinking about buying carpet but I think it won't help that much if it isn't VERY thick. I dare say my floor isn't skewed. My XLR wire is not low quality and the mic itself works good in other environments (with mic arm or held in hand).

    Floor is made from wood.

Besides the obrigatory shockmount, check the first portion of this video. I hope it helps:

You could try with old kitchen sponges. They're thick and soft. I put a bunch under my PC case's feet, a bunch of old speakers and used to use them for computer fans too. Pretty good at reducing propagated rattling, rumbles, shocks. They're easy to fold and cut up as needed too.

how about a 1/2" x 24" x 36" neoprene rubber mats they are inexpensive and you can use 2 stacked on top of each other for more isolation from rumble, I use these to absorb floor vibrations from sub woofers, Bass and guitar amps this works really well. Sometimes simple solutions are the answer. You can find them at most hardware and even some audio equipment stores carry them for this purpose.

Take 4 tennis balls, place them under a wooden board, cover the board with a piece of felt or carpet, and place your tripod on top!

You can also hang the microphone upside down from the ceiling. Drill a hole in the ceiling, insert a wall plug with a hook, and then hang the cable through it. The microphone should then hang at the height where you sing.

Rubber feets (like for chairs) and some weight (gravel bag, not sand (because sand is your worst enemy)).

Microphone shock mounts were created for this very purpose. Use one.

Or, just slap a filter on the audio and roll off everything below 50hz :dunno:

No I guess these are the mats we have our washing mashines on, you find them at most dyi stores.
    you know, these guys:

And you would put your mike stand on that. It sure helps a little, I'm just not sure about low frequencies, they might get through.

Yeah, check Rycote's portable recorder suspension, Movo SMM5 or the Boya BY-C10. You might need to adapt a thing here and there but tripod shockmounts are definitely a thing.
