Hello everyone, I hope you are all doing well.

I just completely uninstalled my Arturia plugins to get my PC back in order. I downloaded Analog Lab V 5.12.2 - V.R, then Arturia.V.Collection.11.Pro.v11.2.0-R2R, and then the samples...

Now, when Analog Lab starts up, it can't find any Pigments samples. I can ignore this, but when I want to search for sounds by Keys or another tag, it crashes in 3 seconds. Also, if I want to go to the main options menu, not the gear one but the one with 3 lines in the upper left corner.

What the F can be??? im kinda stressed right now and im goint to work ... gonna check this later... but this have me in the middle of a project T_T

Uninstall everything again!

Arturia Clean install:

1. Click on the Uninstall button
2. Delete the following folders & files if available :

C:\ProgramData\Arturia
C:\Program Files\Arturia
C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3\Arturia
C:\Program Files (x86)\Arturia

View hidden files and folders in Windows
Windows 11 Windows 10
Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
Select View > Show > Hidden items.

Hidden folder: C:\ProgramData\Arturia
Hidden folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\Keys
Hidden folder: C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA

3. Restart your PC
4. Close / disable the antivirus software
5. Install the: "Arturia - V Collection 8 v8.5.0 VSTi - 15.09.2021 - 8,9 GB - R2R"
6.) Install the: " TEAM R2R ASCEMU2 v1.0.6 - 10.09.2021 - 1 MB - for Arturia - R2R"

Note after installing: Make sure to run the DAW as Admin because it needs Admin
permission to write new database file (db.db3) in the ProgramData folder.

It is often important to use releases from ONE team only (do not mix teams).
Sometimes they will work together but sometimes not.
If you are using R2R for Arturia instruments, stick to R2R for all Arturia instruments.

I personally always use VR for Arturia & Toontrack.
VR is complete and have complete preset packs (including 3rd Party packs) and I would recommend sticking with VR.

It is not that I do not like R2R (my avatar is from R2R keygen - i am a fan).
It is just a matter of what is the most complete.
For example I also downloaded the R2R Arturia samples & Presets in case there was something extra in there.
But the only thing extra was useful only for hardware & I found there were some errors in instrument naming.

 

This is just a sample file I created for support purposes; you don't have to follow every word.

Thank you for posting the list of useful files!!! Of course we love R2R. What I really enjoy is using their releases, and even as time passes and some reversers retire, they remain constant and present with incredible releases, as far as I know as a software engineer.
Yes i always used VR for them! but i have a hard time to find the files u show me, really thank u, gonna go that way.

You can search for Arturia (V.R) on the ru tracker. The latest (v11) R2R is there too.

 

not interested thanks anyway, was searching for a fix without re-installing windows, but that, and the guide DoubleTake left was perfect combo.

And that is why this kind of generic copy/paste is often WORSE than NO information.
It often distracts from the real problem and wastes other peoples' time.
Just stop posting irrelevant BS.
