This was inspired by ordering some shit (guitar strings, picks, cables, the usual fare) from Thomann, and on a lark I went on browsing and came across this beauty:



So being a sucker for hideous things I just had to order it. I couldn't help myself. No, I've got enough guitars. But... I gave away my decent steel string ages ago when moving (and I haven't got heart to ask it back), so maybe I need one. Maybe I don't. But just look at it.

Well, GG was really not a sound-thing, more like a feces-y thing to be honest with you.

 

i own a big house, with a lot beautiful instruments in it that helped me pay for it, im very proud of that. this is the ugliest one in here though lol - it was one of my great grandmothers tambourines she use to take and play at church. i thought slapping a dove was funny

 

this is my favorite though, after my first tour i got this baby, its a $8k baby grand piano that sounds so beautiful. its hard to get the full picture without showing myself but yeah everything else is nice like this lol - sorry grandma

Hey now...people used to say Iggy and I looked a lot alike, so much so that he and his wife noticed me sitting behind and to the right about 8 rows back at a Soundgarden concert at The Beacon Theatre in 1990 (Danzig was the warm-up...fucking awesome great show) and they both turned around and starred at me until I waved and we all laughed.

So...!!! Hmmm!

 

My favourite stories about Iggy comes from Henry Rollins. I mean legends both of them.
