I use DT 900 pro X and calibrated the new Beyerdynamic Headphone Lab plugin to match my headphones.

However, after placing the headphone plugin at end of the master chain, it undid all the work my saturator/limter was doing on my master channel. The track went from 0db to +5db instantly. Couldn't find anywhere to turn down the input/output volume on the beyerdynamic plugin either. Are we supposed to place the this beyerdynamic plugin on the end of the master chain? That seems like the logical place, right? Of course, I could put the plugin before the limiter/saturator on the master channel, but then it wouldn't be monitoring the complete signal.

Anybody got any tips, other than simply not using this plugin?

Yeah, I also think it needs an output gain knob, it has a safe gain switch but it then become too quiet (on my headphones).

In any case you can just add an utility or gain plugin before Headphone Lab on your chain and adjust to your desired level. And yes, this should be the last plugin in your master chain, also, don't forget to remove/bypass it before exporting your track.
