VSL website is not opening.. anyone know what could be the reason behind this?

Yesterday was the last day for their Christmas deals. They will be updating the site.

 

It's kinda normal that websites are down for different reasons. Maybe just maintenence services. So why did you start this thread anyway? What do you expect? Funny answers? Or are you just new to the internet? No offence but this thread is the dumbest thing I have seen 2026 on this site lol

 

Hope all libs are already installed on ssd of sister site users, so who need vsl website now?

 

VSL es now It's now "Victims of Sample Loading". They need to modify the website.

 

Fair point.. outages definitely aren't new. I was mostly just looking for a quick status check or to see if anyone found a workaround while the site is under maintenance. No deep mystery here, just a bit of 'is it just me?' boredom while waiting for the servers to come back up!

They updated all Players yesterday night for use within VEP 8 , maybe comes out soon , probably the reason for an maintenance

That video edition is very intesting! I'm tempted to upgrade if it doesn't interfere with r2r synchron.

 

Does vep 7 work with r2r player ?

 

Yes it does! I've been testing since release and there has been no issues. This is also the best option to have rar EastWest on PC stream to DAW on Mac.

 

I wanted also upgrade to the VEP 8 Video Edition , but the problem for me are that i also needs to buy one upgrade license for the normal VEP8 and both are not that cheap . needs to think about if i need really spend that much money or if i´m stay on VEP7 and wait for VEP9 .
