Install Extractor (INNO?) ?

    I used to use a tool called 'Universal Extractor' to unwrap setup,install .EXEs from H20, AiR etc. to get rid of the intro screens, music etc.

    What is a current / reliable .EXE extractor / unwraper tool ?

    The term 'INNO' install keeps rattling in me head, but I know nothing about it :-(
