Anyone have a solution to this conundrum??
I have 3.6 gigs of Phase Plant banks.

My current Phase Plant 2.4.5 isn't seeing one of them.
The plugins browser shows 0 while Finder shows 3.6 gig.
I can't logically figure out why Phase Plant can't see those banks, that I clearly see in Finder.

Installation
The installation process differs between the official banks that are distributed by Kilohearts, and third-party banks.

The first category are installed just like the plugins, using the Kilohearts Installer.
These banks require a valid license key (or the Kilohearts Subscription) to be usable.

The third-party banks come in files ending with ".bank" and you install
them by drag-dropping the file on any running Kilohearts Host Plugin.

Well...that was an eye opener. And a lightning fast response. TY. Now my issue is dragging from finder to the banks area of browser, I hit OK and then nothing happens. LOL

 

do Mac and PC have the same library file?

 

If you only have the expanded folders (3.6 GB visible in Finder) and no .bank file anymore:

• These are likely already extracted/installed, but Phase Plant isn't indexing them properly.
• Try a clean reinstall: Run the Kilohearts Installer, do a full uninstall, delete the /Library/Application Support/Kilohearts folder (back up any custom presets first), then reinstall and re-download/re-install the banks via the installer if they're official ones.
• For third-party banks, re-download the original .bank file if possible and use the drag method above.

I just saw no change to the banks I already had from the last sister site upload (lowest on browser).
I didn't do a clean wipe before putting this over the last sister site upload.
These banks were included in the most recent of sister site upload.
I will try that in a bit. Thanks for your time. I'll let you know if it works.

 

You were correct. A deep clean of all previous and reinstall has fixed the issue. Thank you.
