Waves Ultimate 16 VR - update notification?

    Hi chaps. I have question about Ultimate 16 VR 25.11.19: I see a red dot on the GUIs and "update available" notification.
    Is this normal?
    Everything seems to work. But for how long?

    Is there a way to prevent that check and red dot?

    It's normal for the notification to appear when a newer point release exists.
    Everything should continue working fine indefinitely — Waves plugins don't expire or stop functioning if you ignore updates.

    Thanks! Can this update check and display be avoided by uninstalling Waves Central after installation?

    Yes, delete Wave Central!
    @Cyberdream, could you please let us know if your Waves plugins still work after deleting "Wave Central"? Thanks!

    When you open Waves Central, it will automatically update—see image.
    This process from Waves will disable your plugins and you will need to reinstall them; the latest version is:
    Waves Ultimate 16 v25.12.15 Incl V.R Patch WiN (Incl V.R Patch)
