Recently i've bought FL Studio Producer, and i want to use some third-party plugins that i... Don't have money to buy it since i'm doing music as hobby, i wanted to know if there's any problem on using it, something like: We will disable your license cause you are using cracked third-party vst.

If it is fine using it, do i need to disable internet access for FL Studio 25 on firewall or install the offline version of it?

 

Alls OK - FL Studio has no legal connection to third-party plugins, and I'm not aware of a single case in the last 20 years where a license was deactivated for that reason. If that were the case, you could sue Imageline, since you paid for it. In rare cases, data from VST plugins is transmitted to the respective providers, but this data is not used for legal reasons. However, most illegal third-party plugins are modified beforehand so that all functions that send data externally are deactivated, or the plugin gives the impression of a legally acquired license.

 

Got it, that is applied just to third party right? If the cracked plugins (like the ones from All-Plugins Edition) are from IL, is a problem right?

 

Using FL native plugins would be really a bad idea, They probably won't work at all there will be a license conflict or version conflict anything could happen.
This is only for those who know what they are doing and better be tested on a virtual machine disconnected from the internet

This happens all the time. Plugin developers have become very adept at making their plugins do this. It's not even a recent event.

Do i need to install the offline license?

 

You can, and there is only one known problem - the FL Cloud plugins will cause problems with any cracked version by the same companies (eg: installing any of the free UVI plugins will break R2R's cracked Falcon or UVI Player). Choosing not to install FL Cloud plugins, and installing cracked versions of the ones you want will work, however.

In theory, you should remember that UVI, Melda and United Plugins are all owned by Image-Line, and they could report any found plugins by those companies to themselves to compare against people that own those plugins, if they should wish.
