Place Presets in the Correct Folders
Massive X looks for presets in two main spots on Windows:
    • Factory/Expansion Presets (including Bobdule-included packs like Beam, Bump, etc.): C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\Massive X Factory Library\Presets
      • If the folder doesn't exist, create it.
      • Copy your expansion preset folders (e.g., the entire "Beam" or "Charge" folder) directly into this Presets subfolder. Don't nest them deeper.
    • User/Custom Presets: C:\Users\[YourUsername]\Documents\Native Instruments\User Content\Massive X\Presets
      • Create the path if missing (e.g., make "User Content" > "Massive X" > "Presets").
      • Drop your .mxp files or custom folders here. They'll show up under the "User" tab in the browser.
From version 1.3.1 onwards, all new user presets are stored in a dedicated Presets subfolder in the user content directory, located on your computer: Documents/Native Instruments/User Content/Massive X/Presets.
User presets from earlier versions will still be read from the folder: User Content/Massive X.

My Massive X Browser is Missing Presets
    https://support.native-instruments....92417-My-Massive-X-Browser-is-Missing-Presets

    Solution for Mac users
Reinitialize the Massive X database as follows:

    1. Click Go in the Finder menu bar while holding down the alt key on your computer's keyboard. Choose the appearing Library entry in the drop-down menu.

    2. In your user Library folder, navigate to Application Support > Native Instruments
    3. Delete the Massive X folder.
    4. Restart your DAW and load an instance of Massive X. It will regenerate its database and the new presets will now appear.
