Thanks bto I saw around 3 days ago, I got the 6 bundle pack on Avenger 2

 

lol. Of course its legit. lol. I just bought it! lol.

 

I bought a couple of NEOLD plugs from the sale at Plugin Boutique. I've had an account for years. Same with Plugin Alliance. So in 'my library' at PB, there is a download button for each of the NEOLD's. I figured it would download from there. Instead it takes me to a page that says to use PA's product manager, which I have, to download from. I log in but the plugs don't show. I open and close it a number of times over the course of a couple hours but they don't appear.

I need more plugs like a hole in the head, but for $20 each and a free plug gift with each, why not.

I contact PA's support and I get a reply yesterday (wednesday) from someone at native instruments (that's right, NI owns PA). Person tells me they have no record of my email. Tells me to register for a PA acct and download their product manager. I start writing back saying I've had an acct with NI since the early 00's and PA for many years. I use a different email to log in for each company. No problems logging into both sites and both company's product managers.

I pause to open PA's manager to see if my plugs showed up. Instead it gives me a "can't log on because of suspicious activity" bullshit. Now I'm furious, lol. A fucking product manager that's acting as if someone tried to log in to a persons financial acct and gets locked out after a few failed attempts??? WTF, in all my years this has never happened. I could open product managers till the cows come home and not have this happen. Absolute bullshit.

So right now I waiting for an answer to, "HOW THE FUCK DO I GET MY PLUGINS" lol


EDIT: Support got back to me and I successfully got and installed them. Never would have found out how unless they told me. Oddball process imo.
