What’s your budget? I’m sure I could make it work as I charge based on time not words, unlike Fiverr etc.

You can try hobbyist voice actors in music forums or small Discord groups because many people there record as a side gig and keep rates low. Another option is to post a short sample of the tone you want, then ask for volunteers who already have a decent mic because that makes it easier for someone to jump in without charging studio rates.
