    You completely delete the R2R version along with all remaining files, download your purchased Hive2 version, and register it with the serial number/code you received from U-HE!

    1. First, back up your projects and presets.

    2. Delete:
    C:\Users\YourName\Documents\u-he\Hive.data

    Hive(x64).vst3 & Hive.data
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3

    Registry (Regedit)
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\U-HE\Hive
    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\U-HE

    3. Restart PC

    Nonsense you don’t need to do all of that. Even U-he pointed that out several times when the ‘black melting screen’ epidemic is happening on certain specific days of the year, and he has the most license sales.

    I don’t mind waiting so long as it gets “put in the freezer”, so to speak… plus we have the windows version to use in the meantime
