The price of the paranoia is the price of a legit plugin. BIOSTFU Tool v25 upgrade is needed.

I mean I've been using R2R releases since the team exists on a internet connected machine and I never had any incidents. Sure they can trigger Defender but the explanation for that has been given many times. That doesn't mean it couldn't be true or that there might be in the future but if they would want be malicious they had many chances. I would also question his source and say as long as you use a trusted source like the sister site you're definatly on the safer side.

No one can keylogs a Motorola custom frequency 50km satellite range radio. For risky tasks using encrypted comunication language with alphanumerical codes and phonetical alphabet is the way to go. 123 for all the metros trying to romeo5 the kilos and a 111 for R2R. Damn, military training has some really cool stuff you learn to avoid important data leaks mainly because almost no one of those operatives know anything about software, except the ones working on Intelligence.

Yeah, that's the truth. No one should rely on internet communication if there's sensitive data on the way. BTW, a lot of government sites has been hacked on latin america by Guacamaya on the last years. For avoid those kind of things, serious operatives are now running cables off, storing data on AES hard drives and recording and communicating from analog devices with encrypted language. As you said, no software security app can detect any kind of spyware that doesn't match the ones that already exists on their database. They will most likely fail all the time with a high tier OSCP. And common spyware that matches the database are generally used against normal people that don't care about anything of this at all.

All anyone needs to use to realize R2R or any other real team is not putting out working audio software and creating keygens to infect a bunch of Windows machines is Common Sense. They are not infecting machines to steal someones legit license of this guys $50 plugin. Trying to even find a legit license of something worth the time would be like trying to find a needle in a haystack anyway. Smart burglars do not break into empty houses. A real group spending so much time on releasing software just to infect some Windows machines is like hiring the Berlin Philharmonic to play on a Lil Baby track.

Nothing has changed except AP flapping his mouth as usual. But it looks like we've taken the bait and he wins.

I’d also add that R2R cares way more about reputation than any sketchy benefits from someone’s keylogging results — which don’t really mean much if you don’t know who it’s from, and someone has to process them to get anything valuable from massive amount of raw data. :) They were earning respect through hardcore skills and tireless work for 10 years just to waste it on unreliable keylogging data or malware code you can’t even completely hide? People just fail to understand the point of their work or the psychology behind why a group like R2R spends a massive amount of man-hours on it.

    "Complaining while stealing"

More passive-aggressive ear-hustling brought to us by Gen Z types for the love of online bitching about the obvious.

One could go legit and never worry. Instead, they'd rather create all of this...

*The first rule of R2R is...there is no R2R. Stick to the script.

Only those of us who have actually watched his videos. Even then, didn't YouTube announce for anyone to gain monetarily from videos getting clicks; there is a certain amount of time the viewer has to watch the video for it to even count. Back when they started banning adblocker users?

Hopefully we are not just seeing an annual free-of-charge viral marketing campaign for the upcoming Halloween/Black Friday chunk of anyone's calendars. It seems like most holiday seasons now start out with some plugin developer fiasco. Viper, then Acustica, now this guy. There is only one logical failure to that. My favorite part about his post [k] video, is his theory about how crackers need developers to get paid or they will have nothing to crack. It's like an ouroboros theory of the snake that eats its own tail; how developers like him have to get paid to make rent.
It reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Costanza had to go along with Jerry's claims that he was a Marine Biologist.

“The sea was angry that day, my friends…”

Thanks @clone for your much-respected expertise. I also believe that things are always distorted, not known, but rather just perceived. Proper research and expertise are becoming increasingly rare. Recently, I'm allowed, or even required, to watch ads on YouTube before watching a video. Let me put it this way: Greed eats brains. There's less and less left of the free internet...!

Yes, I've had the "uBlock Origin extension" installed for years and recently started seeing ads before some videos. I live in Germany.

    What's going on?

YouTube (owned by Google) has been waging a war against ad blockers like uBlock Origin for some time. The reason: advertising is their main source of revenue (in Germany alone, billions a year). They want to push users to YouTube Premium (approx. €12.99/month) or to get them to accept ads. Stricter regulations apply especially in Germany and the EU (e.g., GDPR), but Google cleverly circumvents this:

Server-side ads: Ads are no longer just loaded in the browser, but are "embedded" directly into the video from the server – this bypasses many blockers.

Adblock detection: YouTube scans your browser and displays warnings ("Ad blockers violate our terms of service"), slows down videos, or blocks them after 3-5 clips.

Manifest V3 (Chrome change): Since 2024/2025, Google has made it more difficult for extensions like uBlock to work in Chrome and other platforms. The "Lite" version of uBlock often no longer blocks YouTube ads at all.

Current escalation in 2025: In the summer of 2025, there were massive disruptions (e.g., black screens, 59-second wait times) that particularly affected AdBlock users. In Germany, many people on Reddit and forums are reporting the same thing: Suddenly, pre-roll ads (before the video) appear that last 15–30 seconds.

This isn't a bug on your end, but rather deliberate anti-policy measures. In the EU, the Commission is even investigating this for GDPR violations (e.g., tracking without consent), but so far, this hasn't changed much.

Every Software in 2025 is now keylogging, the extent is really unknown. The issue is not keylogging but Transmission of this data and having a video on youtube banned by Autodesk simply showing a Windows connection being disabled, enabled and some services installed on Windows by Autodesk being enable and disabled really shows you exactly why they took it down.

The reason "This video Infringes Autodesk patents"

Showing basically Windows connections being disabled and enabled
Showing Autodesk Installed Services being disabled and enabled

It's quite clear they do not want their applications being ran offline as this stops all transmissions of license data while the application is running, including file metadata and other info still unknown.

It's important to run these applications inside a VM and capture the TCPIP traffic

By the way the Autodesk video I did had nothing to do with Piracy it was a legitimate way to run a LEGITIMATE paid Autodesk product ( Maya in this case) offline and it still got taken down, this is how bad they need the constant connection.

Adobe took this to a whole new level where you have to delete and rename many EXE's in different locations in order to stop Adobe calling out. Of course once Adobe found out about this now they pushed the "AI" in order for you to now be fully connected or the AI fill and other features based on AI wont run.

In 2025 we have reached the point where some people ( for whatever reason they have) are now running older versions or newer crippled versions of software without the new online features so they can be offline.

My prediction about returning to 1970's dumb terminals is now in full swing, and even Operating Systems are heading that way... hello Cloud.

Stay safe, run keygens Sandboxed and try these applications always offline just disable your network connection.
