    Thanks.
I already found out that the topic is something about the Impedance of the Headphone output.
My DT 700 Pro X are 48 ohm. The Audient 14 seems to be very bad in the lower frequencies for Headphones. There is a chart here in this thread.

I used to create professional presets on headphones for years. My Beyerdynamic DT-990 Pro with 250 ohms was connected to an Audient iD14, and the Audient was connected to a power supply. The chip in the device is a 2-in/4-out high-performance Burr-Brown converter. They sound very clear and are expensive.

The iD14 has an independent Class AB headphone output. Also, keep in mind that hearing deteriorates with age. For me, it's the highs, about 30% missing, and my preset sound design has become more bass-heavy. A few more specs: Dynamic range (ADC): 116 dB, Dynamic range (DAC): 117 dB, Headphone dynamic range: 111 dB (DAC).

The Audient iD14 and its successor, the iD14 MKII, are excellent USB audio interfaces in the mid-range segment.

Audient iD4 MKII and iD14 MKII – Audio Interface Reviews

Audient iD14 review - Audient iD14 review delamar:

As one of the few interfaces—and the only one in this price range that I know of—the iD14 offers converters that make an immediately audible difference compared to mediocre sound cards/interfaces. Above all, the sonic transparency is a feast for the ears, as all elements of a mix sound exemplary and separate in the spatial image, without any "washing out."

The preamps are very low-noise and, with correspondingly good microphones, always deliver a pleasant, natural sound. In short: If you're looking for excellent sound for a good €250, you'll most likely find it here. Clearly, this is the iD14's biggest plus point.

i collected all infos and together with my friend ChatGPT i think i found the answer:

So i also ordered the Focusrite 2i2 3rd Gen. Not the fourth Gen!
    Will see how it goes.
My ears don´t want to handle highs anymore. So the warmer sound is very welcome.

Ok interesting. From my experiences I don't think that this describes those big differences in sound and points more to a device that doesn't function right

For me it starts to sound plausible. I can only judge the sound from my Headphones (DT700ProX) I don´t have (Good) Speakers.
So the Headphone output is very important. And there we are with all this "Physics" Impedance, Ohm etc.
I think it has a big influence of the Headphone, you connected.
Since my Headphone is "just" 48 Ohm, it reacts more sensitive.

    BUT::::
This doesn´t mean, that the ID14 is a bad device. The sound was very clean and transparent. Also from the few hours testing, it was stable.
When you have proper monitors, or a expensive Headphone pair, the ID14 seems to be more "Professional" :)
