I’m an assistant engineer going on four years now, worked on a big podcast that my homie who I assist was writing the songs for, another friend who won a Grammy has me assist them for recording engineering regularly. I’ve been fortunate and grateful to do this and honestly I love assisting. I still get my own time in the two studios for producing /mixing my own music and the few clients I have. I want to pick up more work but promoting myself feels cringe especially if I name drop. What worked for you expanding your reach as a producer or engineer?

 

What you're missing is your own website with your name and address, as well as a credits page, perhaps audio or practical examples of your work. Design your own logo and name for your project. You should also include prices for your services or work.
