It’s interesting that you’re seeing the Intel oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler Runtime on your system, especially with an AMD processor. The short answer is that it shouldn’t cause any harm, even though it's an Intel tool.
    Here's why:
    1. Cross-Platform Compatibility: The Intel oneAPI tools, including the DPC++ (Data Parallel C++)/C++ Compiler, are designed to be cross-platform and support multiple processor architectures, including AMD. It doesn’t mean your system needs an Intel CPU to work. The tools are meant to enable development of software that runs on different types of hardware, including AMD, Intel, and even GPUs.

    2. Runtime Libraries: The runtime libraries and the compiler included in this package don't necessarily depend on an Intel processor to function. They could have been installed as part of a broader software package or tool that requires them, like specific software for parallel computing, AI development, or graphics programming.

    3. No Harm to System: Unless the compiler tools are directly conflicting with something else (which is pretty rare), it shouldn’t do any harm. It might just be an unused tool that came with some other software.
    What to do:
    • Check for Dependencies: If you installed another software development tool, like Intel's oneAPI or a similar framework, it might have included this automatically.

    • Uninstalling: If you're not using any of the Intel tools (or don't plan to), you can safely uninstall the Intel oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler Runtime via the standard Add or Remove Programs menu. If anything was depending on it, you’ll know because the software will notify you about missing dependencies.
Is there any specific software you've installed recently that might have included this, or are you just curious about it?

Yep no worries... it's a runtime library like the ones you get from Microsoft for running some softwares...
