I work in a food shop.
Gloves are dirty most of the time.
And it's very difficult to cook with them.

 

Me, after putting gloves on to eat a cupcake i found behind the desk because health is first:

 

Afraid of germs, then learn to cook for yourself.

at some places like subway where they make sandwiches, they have specific rules when to change the gloves. The employees are taught when exactly to change them i assume so that they do not become dirty as you say

 

Every time an employee leaves their workstation, uses the restroom, or takes a break, they have to put on new gloves upon entering the kitchen area. We also have disposable hair nets.

The gloves come in two sizes and are rubber gloves; one comes in a box (100) and can only be removed one at a time. Some companies even have plastic-lined shoes.

We require employees who want to work in kitchens, food processing, etc., to present a health certificate and complete a three-hour professional training course on hygiene, etc.
