Actually, any Beatles song comes from Suno.ai, there's a Mcartney interview saying that

and here is a small screen shot of the release status of a song. You may notice it was accepted by applemusic, by spotify and by most of other streaming platforms but it seems t hat someone at Deezer judged it to be as "noise", despite of a real human played bass guitar and solo guitar that was recorded.

There was a post about this kind of thing a while back, I believe on here. Anyway, it was the same classification of peoples' music as "noise" or some other "non-music" term. The music had been ambient music, drone music, and other such material. I believe the gripe was that it had all been demonetized. So when you factor that kind of thing in, the recent copyright office decisions about AI material and also the EULA terms of some of the sites like Suno, and then coupled with some of the platforms demonetizing artists without enough sales; looking at them trying to demonetize "ai created music" as some win for real artists is sort of wishful thinking. They could not care less about what they are selling and about "real artists" at all. The real "music industry" has never supported "DIY" musicians to start with.

AI music is currently embarrassingly clumsy and incredibly easy to hear a mile off, same with its mixing or mastering efforts. Those who can't hear it being like this would be described the same way. It's early days and I have no doubt it will create some incredible music in the future. Nothing can really defeat human creativity, as AI is just learning what humans have created. An irony would be AI learning from its own creations and coming up with something completely amazing and unique. It probably will.

Now there is this new trend: people producing hundreds of AI songs and uploading them to platforms, to then, through bots, increase the views and generate income. This procedure is considered a scam

Music platforms are trying to defend themselves from these illicit behaviors, but there is a risk that the algorithm will become too selective and, due to false positives, demonetize even non-fraudulent content. Many of us have already experienced the frustration of having tracks flagged for copyright by mistake, now we will have a new issue: fighting against the anti-AI algorithm. Unfortunately, opening a dispute against the platforms is mission impossible, those who have been through it already know it

If the shady behaviours of human setup AI networks producing fraudulent content (like what we've seen where AI bots easily upload tracks under the names or REAL ARTISTS ON THEIR OWN PROFILES - this is true!) eventually brings down Spotify / streaming services and the distribution companies that don't even have two factor authentication for uploading tracks under any name, then I'm all for it.

I tried arguing with ChatGBT about composing music, but 36 hours later I couldn't keep my eyes open any longer despite drinking liters of coffee and chugging down like a case of Red Bull, fell asleep with my face flat on my computer keyboard. When I awoke 7 hours later I heard it's obnoxious voice still calling me "You stupid wetwork moron" over and over again, and when I saw myself in the mirror my face looked like a QUERTY keyboard, all a patchwork from laying on it for all those hours.

AI sucks...fuck AI is my new mantra.

Oh yeah. People are sheep and they'll eat anything fed to them the proper way. The novelty of a fully AI production will be presented to them just like the new pet rock and will explode. I should probably do it but I'm too lazy.
