i don't know why we have to assume i'm so inept... i wouldnt be asking if i didn't find this weird. of course the whole machine is offline and has never touched the net.
i actually nuked everything and started with a clean win10, formatting everything (had to do it more than a few months ago eheh). result? same behaviour is still showing: until you open the plugins one by one, they will play noise every minute or so.

@Backtired check sister site today as TCD released a small update for the bundle and Tracer has made a patch to sort out any noise issues.

hello Sam, thanks for the notice. i have solved this yesterday thanks to his help.
if anyone is experiencing any similar problems (noise playing on project load, patches going back to INIT STATE, etc), give His patch a try. it's worked flawlessly for me

You're very welcome and what a guy Tracer working with you to fix the issue  which seemed to only affect some.

I suppose only Tracer will know what was wrong and how he fixed the issue and also probably (r2r)

If that were the truth then these days we would be lucky and get around 12 audio releases per !YEAR! because for that the reverse engineer or the team needs couriers (people who voluntarily hand over the software they have purchased to these teams). In the past that was definitely the case with "Data Becker Demo generator 1.0" and also with EXPENSIVE CAD programs because people were happy to pay the courier for that, however it hardly works like that anymore for various reasons. For example a DEMO like the one you quote is usually LIMITED compared to the original software in the sense that it contains features that are NOT AVAILABLE, i.e. it has been removed from the code. And nobody can do anything with that, it forces the purchase and then the courier who provides the original version. Now tell me a current DEMO version (have fun *g*) because nowadays there are almost exclusively TRIAL versions which correspond 1 to 1 to the version you get in the STORE. For example, you buy MAGIX SAMPLITUDE tomorrow and put the CD in at home, then you get exactly the same thing as if you had bought a TRIAL, i.e. it starts as a TRIAL etc. or NOTHING is different to what any idiot can download, but for "us" it has to be cracked first. There may be small exceptions like a TRAKTOR version which is not yet available online as a trial but is from a release group (some companies make money with updates), so I would say that 90% of all R2R releases are TRIALS and nobody wants to release beta versions, that's obvious. And what you have is, please don't take it personally, simply the flight of thought of leechers who have no clue but think so, and that's LOGICAL and not stupid, because this thought makes sense and makes sense if you have hardly any idea about programming or cracking (I often get emails with questions like "do I have to use the original files from group xyz with yours, or is it only possible with trials *laughs*, so I know the situation). In any case, I think you're 90% wrong. What's often done these days, in addition to cracking, is to optimize the installer (for example, IZOTOPE Ozone dumps 13 identical core files on your computer even though one is enough, so the installer suddenly becomes 280 MB instead of 1.5 GB, and your system thanks you. Every older reverse engineer does that automatically for just as many reasons). Or elitist, what R2R does, vst-xyz now uses hardly any resources and loads into memory 20x faster than the original... different topic :)
(and NOISE.. Revo is a great tool but not needed for the togu case that some have - but serious i used revo 1 times at the past cause i was getting mad wich data Sequoia leave after usual deinstall ... äh long ago and also another thread sorry LOL, i get aggressive just think about LOL)

STILL? ok, maybe check that location:
    c:\Users\YOU\AppData\Roaming\ToguAudioLine\

there you see for each Plug a *.xml File as eg:
    TAL-Mod.xml
Delete any of them and try all again (inside those xml's are entrys as : <VALUE name="serialKey" - AND THEN followed by Serial Data) I not try this release you use and dont know how they crack it but it can be a reason) peace

That was a nice diatribe about the differences between trials and demos. You are correct about those differences, but I was quite specific in my post which you quoted. I used the word "releases" because if there is a downloadable file from the vendor, that file can stay there and new versions can be downloaded directly, and it even keeps the download optimized. Because frequently those just get patched, and are not turned into "releases", and you never even see them.

You used the term "courier", when you really meant "supplier". You used the term "trial" to describe a situation where the "release" is adding noise bursts/white noise; but really when a Trial version's trial period ends, the plugin much more often becomes disabled, instead of making noise like in this instance. Demo versions emit noise bursts much more frequently than full Trial versions; particularly trial versions of iLok plugins, so the end user just has to link their iLok username via the developer's website. Many demo versions of plugins still need to be re-downloaded after they are purchased by the end user.

You do see crippled demo applications which cannot save, or have other various features omitted. That is almost never the case with audio plugins, at least not in 2025. You are talking about expensive full applications like Solidworks, etc. and that is not even within the scope of this topic.

Next time you want to waste my time with a big wall of text, at least try to get your story straight.
