Does this work on Windows98? Asking for a friend..also can we change the picture to dogs playing poker?

 

4 Things:
1) Is this just a radio channel of your stuff, or is it stuff you like? Not opposed either way, would be interested to know. What can I expect?
2) I have to download an app to have a listen? What is this 2013? Ew, no thanks. The picture doesn't help. Maybe dogs playing poker would be better?
3) Are you trying to create an app or a radio channel? What is your intent here?
