    Gotta love ChatGPT's accuracy..! :D

We all know you can't hum chords.

What happens instead is that you're humming a *really* fast arpeggio... this is what computer games copied the 80s to simulate chords with a single mono voice from the computer's sound chip.

Also, when you hum sad songs, all the humming has a blue colour. True story.

No, this is not from the AI but from a Reddit user. We'll probably never know whether the Reddit user himself used an AI.

This is made easier with the free app Chord ai, which reliably identifies the chords in any song after a quick scan and displays them in real time as you play along. Try it out now: The free app "Chord ai" can listen to music and then display the song's chords.

This works with music playing on your device or around you. This eliminates the need to laboriously search for the song's chords online. Chord ai can identify chords in two different ways. www.chip.de/downloads/Chord-ai-Android-App_184089361.html

    Creating Melodies You Can Hum

    Tips & Tricks

This tip is really simple, but can be very effective. If you think of your favorite song or a nice song you've heard this week, you can probably remember a specific part of it that you can play in your head or sing out loud. When you think about it, you usually remember the melody of the vocals or a lead instrument.

You can use this when writing your songs. That is, creating melodies you can hum. As producers, we sometimes tend to overcomplicate things, but in this case, we want the melody to be simple so we can hum it. You can try humming it while you're producing your song. Using the example above, this will make your song much more memorable.

One thing to keep in mind is that if you're writing an instrumental for vocals, the vocals will likely create melodies you can hum, so you don't always need to write those melodies in your instrumental. But if you're creating an instrumental piece or part, you can make it much more memorable by simply writing a melody you can hum.

Vangelis - Conquest of paradise (This is a song in which a melody is hummed at the beginning.)

Farting is whistling through a different sphincter muscle, and with enough practice one can become quite proficient.

Have you ever noticed the boring choir or backing vocalists holding something like a notebook and cheering? Each member of the group sings a single note of the chord.
You can't tell which note a person is humming. There is no answer to your question. An human can only hum one single note at a time, and that is determined by the composer or songwriter.

    PS:
I accidentally found out that the word "Human" has been formed from "Hum" or perhaps "Hum" been derived from "Human".

Your question has been asked by humans nearly 1000 years ago and they have found solutions to it.

You seriously need to stop copy pasting AI shit just for the sake of content. You post in almost every thread, seemingly just for the sake of it, and often you just plug the OP question into ChatGPT and paste whatever it spits out. If you have no own perspective to share, then it sometimes is better not to try to contribute. If OP wanted a shitty LLM anwer, he'd plug the question into ChatGPT himself.

As you say, we can only hum/sing one note ('cept for Cleetus and co) so one person can't hum a chord.
With trained ears we can simply choose the note of the chord we want to hum/sing.
(If we couldn't, we'd be unable to hum/sing harmonies with other people).
Further, with such training, we can know which note of the chord it is...

except when we're drunk, high, ill or lazy.

Practice and train the ears and it all comes good.

Because the question is so ambiguous, it would be easier to give a perfect answer to the chaos theory of mathematics.

Most people hum whatever they are hearing at the time.
Sometimes it is something they know, something they are creating, something random because they are happy, sad, excited, bored...whatever. Sure I suppose I could take a poll on myself and make a note every time I hummed something what the choice was of interval, but why? I could isolate the note immediately but I don't hum or whistle because I want to be technical about it.

The worst thing to hum is a really bad advertisement you really do not want to hum. :hahaha:

Thanks for your comment and criticism. I've already written elsewhere that the AI experiment failed because the AI isn't suitable for answering questions. So, a few days ago, I buried the AI in my garden and won't be using it anymore. Sorry that some people here suffered because of the AI.

Unfortunately, since artificial intelligence has become more prominent, the more articulate a person is, the less likely people are to believe that they had the intelligence to write it. We are almost at a stage where the more layman-speak, urban slang and text-speak that is used and incorrect grammatically in any language, which shows either a lack of education, or lack of care, and sometimes a lack of intelligence rather than the opposite, then the more believable it becomes? That is so messed up.

    Back to topic.

Artificial Intelligence will never topple natural stupidity, it is heavily ensconsced in all levels of society, it has the upper hand and the momentum. The future belongs to the stupid..
