I fell wonderful thanx for asking,in 2 month am 40, still looking young didn't go bold, and am still fit still love that female juice .
I have small gym equipment at home exercices not too much but keep the body in shape, no cigarets, no drugs or alcohol how are you?

I'm not in the 45 & up club, but it's interesting that the OP thinks that 45 is "old". The worlds greatest civilizations honored and respected old age. Our current microwave pop culture climate seems to favor young and retarded.

Disclaimer: I'm not claiming I'd be different if I was younger, it's just the different culture we've grown in.

It's actually interesting the topic about "age-phobia" with the younger generations. GenZ or whatever they call it.
Basically below 30, but the real deal is with a smartphone with camera and internet since 15 or less.

I understand the generational barrier, it's huge. There're pros and cons. One of the cons is younger people think you're old quite sooner than us boomers/millenialls think. Well, it must suck hard to be a teacher or similar. But other than that it's a problem for them. Let alone being old, it must be a huge pressure to think you're not young with 25+ like many think..

Personally as a boomer I'm an early adopter of the boomer classification. When I talk with young people about some new trend I don't know about is very easy to leverage the prejudice:
"Oh, I didn't know that! But I'm just a fuckin outdated boomer. Not my fault!"

I wasn't in the > 45 group when I voted. Good old times. It's strange to see this 10 years later. I found 2010s very enjoyable, especially first 5 years. Some of the best time of my life, aside from the 80s and 90s, of course. 00s weren't that (this?) bad, either...

 

Let's just say, "I've celebrated my 36th birthday twice". It's much easier to comprehend all the years I passed through. The poll age needs to be adjusted to double 40 for all us Medicare recipients.
