UAD-2 Plugins (GUI) too small on 4K+ Monitors and UA just don't care

?

Do you think UA should prioritise a resizing option in all of the UAD-2 Plugins?

  1. Yes

    85.7%
  2. No because UAD-2 (GUI) is OK for me

  3. No UADx should get priority

Every single UAD-2 VST3 plugin (GUI) is too small to be usable on 4K/8K Monitors and Universal Audio just seem to ignore the issue from their Customers and just do not care. I just want to add that this is on Windows and not sure about Mac and that I do wear reading Glasses now after reaching the age of 50+.
The UA chatbot will tell you that all the plugins can be resized via the 'Apply to All' and after responding to it with, "This is not true" a few more times, it finally gives in to the lies it spreads slowly trying to wriggle its way out of it before finally been transferred to a UA Customer Support Agent who to be honest are just as bad as the Bot.
Yes the UADx (Native) plugins are all OK and have options to resize (great!) but they seem to have forgotten about the main UAD-2 Plugins for the UAD-2 Solo, Duo, Quad (Accelerator PCI Cards) and those Customers who own the Universal Audio Interfaces (with built in DSP Cores) which is the main reason most of us bought the Accelerators Cards, to take load of the Computer CPU Processor yet we are forced to use those UADx versions that have been released, totally defeating the object of UAs original creation.
Disabling HiDPI in Cubase/DAW makes the plugins a bit bigger, but then also makes everything else blurry.
I've written to Customer Services a few times who cannot seem to send your problems internally to Tech Support which seems very strange or if you respond with something like:
"How long have 4K monitors been out now?"
"Why is it taking so long?"
"Why don't you put a Survey out to see how many of your Customers would like the option to resize as priority?"
They will just simply ignore your questions telling you to report problems via the Plugins 'Submit Feedback' option or tell you they cannot put Surveys out, that would be the Marketing Team.
Overall to me it all seems to come down to very bad Managment with all the Teams not being able to interact with each other internally totally defeating the objective of Team work which happens in most big Companies.
I personally think this should be priority over doing anything else and that all Universal Audio Customers deserve a quick fix to this big problem having paid over £1,000+ for UA Hardware & UAD Plugins.
Here's one response I got from the UADforum (Which I don't think is linked to UA itself but has some of the UA Staff hang out there):
"I've raised this issue several times via the feedback option, but UA doesn't seem to have much interest in it. At the moment, this is completely preventing me from purchasing any more plugins."

Anyone else having the same issue?

Here are some of my 4K (Screenshots):

Its a Windows only issue, they added resizable ui's to mac almost a year ago.

Windows users are an after thought.

Another 4K victim. I've now bought a regular 32-inch monitor and finally solved the problem.
I had plugins/VSTi that I couldn't use in PreSonus, which could freeze the controls.

Some manufacturers solved the 4K problem very well, some did a mediocre job, and a few didn't solve the problem at all.

    - UVI and Falcon responded immediately to my emails and improved the GUI pretty quickly!
    - Rob Papen, the software works great; some of the graphics options have been adjusted, some haven't.

Waves/Voxengo has made all of its plugins truly scalable! I think you can wait forever for them to change that!

4K is super sharp, but increase the resolution gradually and then everything will be bigger.

    I recommend buying a regular 32 + - LED monitor!

Thanks for letting me know vexd... I had a feeling it was a Windows only issue only and over a year ago too (shocking).
I would of thought it would of been an easy fix for them to do across all platforms.
A freind told me they fixed it in VST2 but screwed it up in VST3 again but cannot confirm that and most small plugins allow Cubase to resize but they just don't seem to have that option neither

Looks cool Radio but all my other plugins are OK and most Companies have fixed the issue as they care about their Customers but with the space I have I am forced to sit close to the monitor. If I could sit further back and have it on the wall that would be great but I'm happy with my Samsung 28" 4K Monitor apart from UAD-2 (GUI) size issue.
When I disable HiDPI in Cubase it looks something like this and makes them more usable for the downside of all being blurry:

Thanks for the picture, unfortunately, its manufacturers are making life difficult for us.
There are unfortunately no standards that can be met. It looks like you'll just have to live with the blurriness for now.
