I want to run both Logic Pro X and PT on the a mac. Currently I've had no luck getting the new PT10 releases to work on OSX 10.9.3 but the justrying/VR patch for 10.3HD works well on the windows side for me. Should I dual boot Win 7 64 just so I run this 10.3HD or is there still a stable PT9 release on the Mac side that will run on 10.9.3? I don't honestly think I'll care about clip gain or the other few features that PT10 added. I just want it solid.
Also using firewire hardware with PT which works but is pretty hard to deal with on the windows side.

What do the wise men say?

Check back later today, you know where. Manual procedure for 10.9.3, that must work.
