Been working my way through "The Outer Limits" - original series broadcast 1963.
Last night I watched Season one, Episode 7 - entitled "O.B.I.T." -sort of a pun or double entendre.
The episode is about highly obtrussive personal surviellance by a computer system that can see everything you do, all the time.

Reminded me, that if you just change the computer name from OBIT, to Facebook, or Google, Smartphone, etc. you could do the exact same show today.

worth a watch if you have access to the series, it was released a few years ago in pretty good quality, although, the aspect ratio is 4;3 like old skool Cathode Ray Tubes...

do not attempt to adjust your television set....

 

Now do genocide and change the names.
