It just has that thing, but opening on my Android tablet in another tab reveals a great and detailed image for us to work off of in this iteration...so, VOILA! Whoa!! This is uploaded from Postimage and should work a charm.

so for this one, initially i saw it as breaking free from the darker versions of yourself or parts of the past. it can really bring new perspective to life ive learned and better for my well being not to dwell on it too long

i tried to capture those shadows by running my electric guitar through my big muff fuzz pedal and meet maude delay pedal. created this tone that I thought matched the shadows texture in the painting. i mainly wanted the atmosphere to have a liberating and nocturnal feel to the harmonies, more than like a space of anxiety and fear. another idea was to have it be a song to run too in energy, so everything enforces that pace; but i also wanted it to capture that reflective part of cardio excercise for the listener: where youre alone with your thoughts. lastly i thought of a vocal snippet from the horror film Pearl that matched the other ideas. i made it more surreal, like a memory of one of the shadows of the past in my interpretation of the piece - as always i used genres i thought matched the piece

In the dim glow of a dusty room, where shadows stretch long and the air is thick with the scent of old paper, the world within the painting shifts. The canvas ripples like a sheet of water disturbed by an unseen hand. Slowly, with deliberate grace, a figure begins to emerge—a detective, the kind who haunts the back alleys of a city that never sleeps. His silhouette forms, drawn from the ink of a forgotten era, a man of sharp jaw and weary eyes, lips curled in a perpetual half-smile that never quite reaches the sadness in his gaze. With a deliberate movement, he adjusts his collar, takes a step forward, and the floorboards creak under his weight. His boots echo in the silence, a sound that seems too real, too solid for someone who had once been nothing more than brushstrokes and shadows. The detective is here now, and the world has just become a little more dangerous...

I saw the main subect in Canogar's LA ESCAPADA as a kind of Janus connected with his past but choosing to move in another direction. like the end of a love.

@capitan crunch : thanks cap and yeah i see the similarities; we all seemed to connect with the aspect of change in the artwork with our interpretations in some way with this one - i really like how you glitch out vocals in your tracks though, makes them sound artificial but living and breathing at the same time, its a cool juxtaposition

 

Any song that starts off with the voice of Fred MacMurry is OK in my book!
