Hey you all I'm asking this here because you guys seems like seasoned "computer guys" so you've been around for a while like me. I'm curious what are the best forums/message boards for digital graphic artists? Also if you all are familiar, where would be the best place to download plugins/filters/action/scripts?

I do not think you will get around paying for unlimited on GFXnews. All of the graphics releases are very large files, and I do not think you would stand much of a chance at keeping a required ratio. Your high speed internet is likely asymmetrical, and your goose will be cooked on the first file you download. You also may as well start shopping around for external drives.

 

a seedbox might be a better option, and you can usually keep a good ratio if you know what to do. There are some good guides on reddit on how. I've got a pretty great box, and they are great for private sites
