    It's funny, I remember the first time I heard The Specials. My girlfriend put on my ears the headphones of her Sony Walkman and hit play on the cassette as I started jumping up and down in front of Fiorucci NYC circa 1978.

    Up to the 1:05-mark, it might be the most Friedman-esque Jason got post-Cacophany, followed by a middle change-up to classic Becker à la Vivaldi and, whether it's intentional or not, the final two minutes-plus are nearly a melodic tribute to Paul Gilbert circa Second Heat.
    It's a frightening piece overall.
    Had to post this, just in case any other guitarists out there were starting to feel like they had any sort of technical prowess. :winker:
