Does anyone know if there is anyway to turn that message off in Machine 3 in regards to missing the VST 3 version of Massive...

I know in Machine 2 you were able to choose something like 'Do not show again' but in Machine 3, there is no option like that...I am wondering if there is something in settings?

Why don't you just install the VST3 / VST2 version, then you'll be rid of the problem!

 

Unfortunately at this point, I don't have that option (Down to internet). I want to download the latest version of Massive on the sister site. However, due to the internet provider we have gone with (not my choice) any downloads that I start, right at the last second fail...I have figured that I need to use a VPN in order to stop this as my mobile is from the same provider, and exactly the same thing happens when I download on that.

I need a free vpn but don't know what to use, although in saying that. I have just searched on one of my external SSD's and found the installation for Massive 1.6.0 so will that work?

 

I would guess that your Downloading failing will be more to do with your Browser blocking the Download or possibly Windows Defender.
They like to annoy in that way but their are options to turn them off. What Browser are you using? Can you screenshot the relevant place it shows Blocked in Broswer 'Downloads'

 

It wouldn't be windows defender as I am on Mac. I think it is Three mobile and three broadband as it is consistently doing it, where as when I go on someone else's internet it is totally fine

also Massive 1.6.0 should have VST3 if all fails

 

I just had a thought...Can I stop the message appearing by unselecting all the following in the screenshot ie "Use VST3 Plugins" etc
