You have observed this very astutely. Does the web designer from reFX know what he is doing or is there no other way?
Someone should let reFX know.

 

The answer from the reFX support team is here:

Open the keyzones and then click on the notes on the left-hand side to set the range.
You can also drag the green bar at the top to set the range.

My Second Mail: I've tried everything - it doesn't work - attached is a picture of the Nexus 5.1.5!

 

I recently purchased Vanguard 2 and I would like to run it on the same mac with installed Nexus 5 not purchased yet, however I did purchased version Nexus 3 but I am not running it on that mac. Would it be possible to install Vanguard 2 and use the expansions which are included with the purchase so my testing Nexus 5 would not be detected by their cloud and possibly locked. I guess you know what I am trying to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

I tried all suggestions but it won't see the library.
It now says:

No Library Found
The Library for Nexus isn't installed
Please Use the reFX Cloud app to intall it.

There are 11 Nexus 4 Libraries in the folder.
Someone out there must have an answer.

Where should the self-created icon be placed and how should it be named?
Do the expansions have to be entered in an overview and given an ID?

I asked this before, but I think it's impossible, because for some reason you can't assign an id to folders, it just gets deleted.

Answer 1 from the reFX support :

Answer 2 from the reFX support :

You have to go to the "LAY" tab and use the keyboard at the top left.

I am a reFX customer because I bought the Nexus 5 and when you log in you can create a support ticket or ask a question.

huh mine is fine, I tried to load my old project that use nexus 2 and it load without errors

 

With Nexus 5 everything goes through the cloud, if your projects use expansions that are not registered in the cloud or purchased, you will receive this error message. It is better to work on your old projects with the old Nexus 2.

 

I dont get it. Everything is blocked and it does not work. Any option to clean up the agent and files from the PC to imitate a fresh re-install?

 

Do you have a purchased version? Can you then log in to reFX Nexus as a customer? I would simply uninstall and reinstall.
