Apple and Google Pay

If you have an iPhone running at least iOS 11.2, you already have Apple Pay Cash. If you have already set up Apple Pay with your debit card, you can easily send or request money via iMessage.

Not op with the original comment, but for a few reasons.

1. privacy.
2. privacy.
3. taxes.
4. privacy.

Theres also the potential for upside. If you believe the price of Monero to go up, just hold your payment. Could go down as well of course.

well my main concern is privacy. I organize a lot of group buys for courses with a private discord group. So PayPal is fine for that.
But I would add to find new members to decrease the price of group buys even further. I don’t want for strangers to be able to track down my ID after sending me money
