@clone - I've sussed out the knob control details on Signum Sampler S1100 CDI. I'm on Windows 11 and seem to have complete control of them:

mouse click on knob - knob increments one click
mouse click and hold on knob - knob increments continuously at a slow rate
mouse click and hold on knob and drag - knob increments continuously at a rate equal to how fast and how far you drag the mouse

EDIT: Left button for Left movement, Right for Right. (Same logic for Main Volume knob)

It reads only AKAI 1000/3000 CDRom from file cd images, not directly from the AKAI CD , NOT READ audio cd at all

try this free , no problem ...

Can I just use diskutil to create an image of the akais ?

 

whatever tool makes an ISO image should work ...

 

if this was the actual emulation of an akai series sampler i would buy it for 100 eur

maybe team up with the akai converter emulator guys

Mount your AKAI ISO with DAEMON TOOLS Lite .... or .... I did. Then run the sampler and point it to the new soft drive DAEMON made with yout ISO. Bingo. Worked here. When it says "Windows can't read this disk", that's ok. Windows isn't going to be reading it. The sampler is.
