    I wanted to test it and possibly buy it, I looked for a test version, but there is no test version. There is also no PDF to read and there is very little information on their website www.landr.com/plugins/landr-synthx . I couldn't find any reviews or tests. I don't even know what it sounds like.

    It must have just come out I suppose? I couldn't find any info on their website either. I saw it on audio deluxe at half off.

    It's also available elsewhere for $49.50. www.samplesoundmusic.com/products/landr-synth-x-innovative-sound-design-engine www.kvraudio.com/product/landr-synth-x-by-landr-audio But it's an old marketing trick, they suggest you're saving money, you have to get it now, but in theory it's only worth $50 and that doesn't imply high quality.

    Alternative: The Vital is a very good sounding wavetable synth and has a high reputation. https://vital.audio

    not necessarily, sometimes you make an intro offer to help to get people talk about it. Doesnt have to be only worth 50 bucks.

    of course vital is very hard to beat, since its completely free.

    and what really bugs me here is those sliders to switch wavetable on the GUI. it feel unconformtable.

    otherwise i like the GUI.
    That there is no demo or anything is another bad thing. simply for that i wouldnt buy it - before i havnt worked or tested it for myself.
