hi, peepz.
on my offline machine i installed the latest minimal audio plugs like cluster delay. i ran the keygen. enetered an email. product registered.
but when i open the plugin in live 12 or cubase the plugin appears only with a login screen.
someone knows what went wrong ?

 

Some other users also have this problem, one user found this solution, please try it:

All these plugins get installed to "C:/Program Data/Minimal"

In that folder, there are also the license files for all plugins. Usually the PC's User (even Admin) has not full control over this folder unless you have changed it in the past, so you have to enable it manually.

1. Go to C:\ProgramData\Minimal folder,
2. Right click the folder and click Properties
3. Click The Security tab
4. Click Edit...
5. Click Users (youruser\Users)
6. Click The Allow tick box for Full Control
7. Click Apply, OK

After doing this, the plugins have full access to their folders and will work like a charm.
